Welcome to Missing Piece. By accessing, purchasing, or using any template from missingpieceinvites.com you agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Copyright & Usage Restrictions

• All templates are licensed strictly for personal, end-use only.

• The following actions are expressly prohibited, even after purchase:

  • Modifying or reworking illustrations

  • Removing branding or copyright marks

  • Redistribution or resale

  • White-labeling

  • Use for third parties, clients, or any commercial purpose

• All templates are protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 (India), with protections that apply internationally.

• Any unauthorized use, alteration, reproduction, or redistribution may invite legal action.

• Purchasing a template does not grant ownership or rights to alter, resell, reuse, or exploit the design or its components in any form.

2. Background Music Functionality

• Any background music added by the user will not auto-play by default.

• Most modern browsers restrict automatic audio playback to protect user experience.

• Music will play only after the user manually interacts with the play button provided within the template.

• Missing Piece is not responsible for browser-level restrictions affecting audio playback.

Legal: Users are advised to add only copyright-free or properly licensed music. Missing Piece holds no responsibility if a client uploads or uses music without the required rights or permissions.

3. Structural Customisations, Platform Dependency & Support Scope

   
   

   Missing Piece templates operate on third-party platforms, including Framer. As such:

   • Any glitches originating from the platform or user's device

   • Technical limitations of the platform

   • Platform updates or feature changes

   • Functionality changes beyond template control

   are outside Missing Piece’s control and liability.

   Additionally, Missing Piece is not responsible for issues arising from:

   • Structural modifications made by the client

   • Technical changes beyond the template framework

   • Design edits beyond provided settings

   • Changes made outside the tutorial instructions

   
   

   Support Scope

   
   

   While we remain committed to supporting our customers, assistance is provided on a limited, best-effort basis.

   Requests falling outside standard support scope — including platform-related glitches or structural customisations:

   • May require additional time

   • May not always be feasible

   • May be offered as a paid support service depending on complexity

   
   

   To ensure a respectful and productive support environment:

   • Clients are expected to communicate respectfully with the support team

   • In cases of abusive, derogatory, or inappropriate communication, Missing Piece reserves the right to limit, suspend, or discontinue support

   • In severe cases, Missing Piece may block further communication to protect the well-being of the support team

   
   

   Custom Structural Requests

   
   

   Any request to change the structural layout of a template beyond what is demonstrated in the tutorial is treated as a custom request.

   
   

   Such requests may:

   • Incur an additional fee

   • Be payable via a separate custom payment link shared by Missing Piece

   The additional fee only covers:

   • Structural corrections

   • Spacing adjustments

   The additional fee does not include:

   • Graphic redesigns

   • Illustration changes

   • Addition of text or images

   • Replacement of text or images

   • Design customisation requests

   
   

   Repair Limitations

   
   

   If a template is edited beyond a repairable level, Missing Piece reserves the right to:

   • Decline further fixes

   • Request the user to restart editing from the original template version

   
   

   Our goal is to ensure a smooth experience while maintaining clear, fair, and sustainable support boundaries.

4. No Editing Service

• Missing Piece does not edit templates on behalf of buyers under any circumstances.

• All edits and customisations must be carried out by the buyer using the provided tutorial and instructions.

5. Features & Updates

• Templates may contain slight variations in features or sections compared to what is shown in the tutorial.

• This is due to regular updates and improvements made to templates.

• Such changes do not qualify as defects, errors, or grounds for refunds or disputes.

6. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing or using any template from Missing Piece Invites, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full.

7. Bandwidth, Hosting & Domain Responsibility

Framer bandwidth means how much data your website uses when people visit it.

Every time someone opens the site, content is loaded on their phone or computer. That data adds up.

Website templates delivered by Missing Piece are built and hosted on the Framer platform, which operates under its own infrastructure, policies, technical limits, and pricing structure. Bandwidth refers to the volume of data transferred when visitors access the website.

If the website’s bandwidth usage exceeds the limits permitted under Framer’s applicable plan for two (2) consecutive months, or at any time as determined by Framer, Framer may require an upgrade to a higher-tier paid hosting plan and/or apply additional charges in accordance with its own terms.

The Client or template buyer acknowledges and agrees that:

1. Any hosting plan upgrade, bandwidth overage fee, or additional platform charge shall be borne solely by the Client.

2. Missing Piece has no control over Framer’s bandwidth measurement, policies, enforcement actions, or pricing changes.

3. Missing Piece shall not be liable for any suspension, restriction, downtime, performance issue, additional cost, or service interruption arising from platform limits, bandwidth overuse, or Framer’s independent decisions.

4. The cost of purchasing, connecting, or renewing a custom paid domain name is not included in Missing Piece’s fees and shall be the sole responsibility of the Client.

By purchasing, the Client confirms understanding that third-party platform and domain-related expenses fall outside the scope of Missing Piece’s services and fees. 

8. Intellectual Property Protection & Watermarks

To safeguard proprietary design assets and maintain copyright protection, Missing Piece may incorporate visible or non-visible watermarks, signatures, or identifying elements within certain images, graphics, or design components used in its templates.

The Client acknowledges and agrees that:

1. Such watermarks or identifying elements form part of the intellectual property protection measures of Missing Piece.

2. These elements shall not be removed, altered, obscured, or modified in any manner.

3. Removal or tampering with such protection elements constitutes a violation of intellectual property rights and the terms of service.

By purchasing, the Client (buyer) accepts these protections as an integral part of the template design and usage rights granted.

9. Pricing Comparison Disclaimer

Any pricing comparison, cost illustration, or value reference presented by Missing Piece is based on a comparison with broadly similar, professionally designed WhatsApp video invitation services available in the market at the time of communication. Such comparisons are illustrative in nature and do not constitute a guarantee of equivalence in design style, features, scope, or deliverables.

The Client (buyer) acknowledges and agrees that design preferences, aesthetic judgments, and perceived quality are inherently subjective and may vary between individuals.

This disclaimer applies to all forms of communication and representation, including but not limited to websites, social media platforms (including Instagram), advertisements, proposals, presentations, and any other digital or printed material issued by Missing Piece.

10. Editing Time Representation Disclaimer

Any statement, demonstration, or representation by Missing Piece indicating that a template can be edited “within 10 minutes” is provided for illustrative and promotional purposes to reflect a best-case scenario under typical conditions.

The Client (buyer) acknowledges and agrees that actual editing time may vary and can be longer depending on factors including, but not limited to, the Client’s familiarity with digital tools, technical comfort level, device performance, internet connectivity, extent of content changes, and customization requirements.

Accordingly, Missing Piece does not guarantee completion of edits within any specific timeframe and shall not be liable for delays, difficulty of use, or time taken by the Client to complete template modifications.
